• JMP is not able to import data returned by executing a stored procedure which returns an Oracle cursor

  Stored procedures can be executed from JMP^® after connecting to a database via ODBC and clicking on the Advanced button. However, stored procedures which return an Oracle cursor will not result in the data being imported into JMP^®. • The JMP Profiler in the Microsoft Excel add-in for JMP® does not load for certain versions of Microsoft Office

  When you are running JMP on specific releases of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, the following error is displayed: Use of Excel Profiler requires Microsoft Excel 2007 or newer. This error occurs only when you are running Windows 10 (20H2) and either Excel 2010 or 2013. • JMP® Help might not direct you to the correct Help page when you are using the Safari browser on a macOSX system

  There is a known issue with JMP Help not redirecting you to the correct page when you are using non-English settings for Safari on macOSX. Instead of being directed to the specific Help documentation page that you requested, you are directed to a generic Help page for your version of JMP. • What to do if you launch JMP Genomics® but the Genomics Starter does not appear

  If you launch JMP Genomics^® and see only the JMP Home Window but no Genomics Starter, you may need to re-enable the Genomics and Life Sciences Add-Ins. To do this, select View ► Add-Ins.
