After installing JMP® Genomics or JMP Clinical, SAS® Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQOQ) may be used to validate the SAS installation. The IQOQ should be run before starting JMP Clinical or JMP Genomics the first time. If the IQOQ process is done later, you may encounter an IQ mismatch similar to:
SOFTWARE CODE: jmplifesci FILE: \JMP\11\LifeSciences\MacroLib\sasmacr.sas7bcat PRE-INSTALL CHECKSUM: 6c526a7e05eb82ea832f07089c3b390b POST-INSTALL CHECKSUM: 7d11ef94159d0887e115292f9e52ab88
The sasmacr.sas7bcat file is something that we create after installation and place in the MacroLib depending on the bitness of the operating system. The reported mismatch is because we replace the file laid down by the installer.
The checksum mismatch which you may see is not really a problem and is something that you can ignore.
It is the initial run of JMP Clinical or JMP Genomics that causes the sasmacr.sas7bcat to fail the IQ test. The IQOQ passes if you run it before you run JMP the first time.
