JMP provides a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of two business days* from the time of reporting the issue to achieve operational capability of the JMP Live instance. For a Recovery Point Objective (RPO), JMP holds nightly backups for seven consecutive nights. The environment will be restored to the latest stable copy within this seven-day cycle.
