Most JMP Clinical license administrators received version 17 in November 2022 via Electronic Software Delivery. If you have questions about delivery to your site, please contact JMP Sales. If your JMP Clinical license administrator did not receive the new version, and would like to request it, they may do so by emailing the site name and site number to JMP Contracts Support.
Open JMP Clinical, click on Settings and expand the About JMP Clinical section.
A Hotfix for version 7.1 was released on Feb 3, 2020. We recommend that all current customers should download and apply it, as it contains important maintenance fixes as well as enhancements to the JMP Clinical 7.1 system.
*JMP Clinical 7.0 uses the same installation, deployment, and configuration instructions as JMP Clinical 7.1, above.
