Unusual Date format issue hh:mm:ss - yyyymmdd

I need to open a log file from a tool that is in simple Tab separated format. This in itself isn't an issue - JMP is the only program I can find that will open the file as it contains the Temperature and Humidity measured every minute since Feb 2012 - it is 184Mb in size! How to interpret nonparametric density on scatterplot

For the scatterplot matrix in the multivariate platform, I have done the Spearman correlation and added the non-parametric density to the plot. How does one interpret it? There are gray regions and black dots and red regions with red dots. What is the meaning of the coloration? The manual speaks only about how to add it the graph and is silent on its interpretation. Please tell me how do I interpret the results of cross-correlation in JMP??

First for sample data: go to help, select sample data library; inside the Time Series folder open SeriesJ.Analyze>Specialized Modeling>TimeSeriesPut Output CO2 as the Y, Input Gas Rate as the XFrom the Transfer Function red triangle select Cross Correlation. The result is a graph of the lag and cross-correlation functions.
I can see that the cross-correlation function has the highest value at lag 5...
