Manual Authorization of JMP®

When launching JMP for the first time on a non-networked machine, manual authorization is required on the following screen:

Copy the Request code beginning with “JMP…” and continue until the end of the line.

Next, go to jmp.com/authorize on a machine connected to the internet.

You are prompted for an email address:

Complete the sign in verification with an authorized email address. You will receive verification code via email.

Enter the Request code from JMP:

Click “Get Authorization Code”

Now transfer the entire Authorization Code back to the machine with JMP. There are three options to do so:

Enter that code in the "Response Code" box in JMP.  Click “OK” to complete the process.
