Dear all,
I try to do scripting, but find difficulty and need your help
para ={"align_ratio_2","align_ratio_1","minchaseforcef_3","maxchaseholdforce_4"};
1) U1L1_MEAN[1] = Col MEAN(TCB1L_U1:para[1]);
2) U1L1_MEAN[1] = Col MEAN(TCB1L_U1:align_ratio_2);
There are different outputs between 1 and 2. For further checking, the output from 2 is correct.
Can anyone help me how to correct statement 1

Hi allI am trying to create a bivariate plot with group that needs different line styles. However, the group is varying depending on the given data. Here's a sample data, where it is grouped according to their occupation. How can I create a loop inside my function to create line style? biv = Bivariate( Y( :weight ), X( :height ),
Group By( :occupation ), << Fit Li...
Hello all I am new to JMP and am using JMP 16. I have been using R and Excel for most my work and unfortunately lost a recording of how to do this via JMP the correct way. I need to make IMR and Levey Jennings charts for each attribute, but again I am unfamiliar with the Process. I have attached a picture of my data, and a screenshot of what I did via excel of the acidic Result display name for i...

I am using JMP version 16.1 and working on comparing a nonlinear standard curve (ID- STD) against 3 other nonlinear curves (ID- Set A, B, C) to see if they are similar. What I did was plotting the 4 curves using analyze>specialized model>nonlinear set up as attached. After that I select logistic 4P and perform Parallelism test and Equivalence test. The p-value obtained is 0.0056 which is below 0.0...
I made the following stacked bar chart in Graph Builder. As you can see, the labels in the bars are hard to read. How can I adjust that font? Bold, White would make them visible. I couldn't find an option in Graph > Customize.
I have the following data with 20+ measures. Raw data shown here is a sample with only one measure. With Tabulate I can get subtotal for each site for all levels of Var2 (0,1,2,3) and level of Var1 (A, B). For example, the subtotal for Site1=461 (438+19+2+2). I am comparing the percentage of measure for each level of Var2 between the level of Var1 for each Site. Table1 presents subtotal for each s...
Hi there - the graph that a colleague of mine made originally had markers color coded by a continuous column (see "Original" image). When they save the script and re-run the script to re-create the graph, the color-coding goes away and all of the markers become maroon (see "After" image). Do you have any suggestions for how to keep the color-coding such that each time the graph script is run, the ...
Hi,when I generate a summary table with the option "link to original data table" (selected by default), the two tables are linked:By selecting a row in the summary table the corresponding rows in the original table are selected.Cool.This also works for selections in Graphs and Dashboards.Very cool! Now my problem:After saving both tables to a project file, (precisely: after close & re-open the pro...
Hello. I am trying to use the EMP tool to help set guardbands to my test limits based on my gauge R and R data from a final test machine.I used 10 devices and measured these devices 5 times each, across 5 different test sites on the machine.I need to know how much to guardband my Upper and Lower specs. I am having trouble understanding how to apply the data in the EMP report. I feel like this is a...
Hi JMP community, (JMP Pro 16.0.0) I'm hoping to find out if there is a way to include lower bounds to simulated data in the Profiler platform. I have several predictors going into a model, but few data points to fit. So, in order to generate simulated ("synthetic") data, I use the Prediction Profiler platform along with the multivariate correlation structure of the data to generate thousands ...

Hi all,
I'm thinking about upgrading from my windows set-up and running a M1 Macbook Pro as my primary set up. I wanted to open up the discussion and see if any other JMP users were using the newest Macbook Pro and if they have run into any hurdles yet? I do a lot of R/Python integration. I do have a decent set up right now, but want to know if anyone else has tested out this connection and knows ...
