• difference between the window object and the report object in JSL

  during learning JSL, I'm still confused about the  the window object and the report object in JSL. After using platform object, i can use the report or window object to store my analysis information, so is there any differnce between the window object and the reportobject in JSL?  any clear definition ?

  Hi, The product's lifetime distribution is modeled by the Weibull distribution with scale = 44, shape = 4 In JMP Demonstration Explorer for Parametric Reliability, I input the following:Alpha: 0.2Distribution: WeibullDemonstration time: 100Demonstration Reliability: 0.98Weibull beta: 4Maximum failures allowed: 0Sample size: 10 Solve for Test time = 168 Why scale parameter is not used? Thanks.
