Open Local Image In Expression Column

Hi,I am trying to import some images into a data table using an Expression Column in JMP12. I am able to import an image from URL, but when I try the same technique on a local image, JMP12 will open the image rather than import it into the data table. Horizontal Radio Buttons

Is it possible to produce a horizontal list of Radio Buttons? Stacking Bar Charts

Attached is a bar chart that I am trying to get to stack properly. What I want to happen is to stack the blue bars on top of the adjacent red bars. As you can see, nor all red bars need a blue bar stacked on top of it. Is there a way to get this to happen - I must be missing something here. Also attached is a mocked up data table. Are there any tricks to get File Exists() to work with an internal html path (internal meaning a network drive represented as an html path and not UNC path)? Has anybody used the hierarchical clustering function in JMP for all ordinal data and tried how well the non-Ward options work?

So I am trying to build clusters in JMP with the cluster analysis but since my data is all categorical,I was wondering if some of the other options would work better.
