  • Creating repeatable views for DoE Analysis

I'm noticing a few things in JMP14 that are different from my prior experience. Please advise if there is a way to create settings that I can use across my analyses.1. The prediction profiler is not reflecting the values in the columns. I have to manually change the range displayed. I have tried changing and saving to columns but this doesn't seem to make anything change as when I run another anal...

  • Delete Columns with Formula Reference in JSL

Hi, I have a script where I would like to delete columns that contain a formula reference.  This is easy to do in JMP: when delete the unnecessary columns I get a "JMP Alert" and select "Remove Formula".  I am then able to delete my metadata columns, but the table maintains the result calculated in the formula column.   My problem is: how can I script this?  Is there an option to delete a metadata...

  • First Time User - Custom DoE

Hello,   I have done design of experiments before, but pretty standard ones (screening design, full factorial).   I have never used JMP before and never attempted at trying my hand at a custom design. I was hoping I could get some input as to the viability of the custom DoE I have created.   I have 4 factors (time, temperature, amount of catalyst, solvent) plus one co-variate factor (water content...

  • Need some advice regarding parallelism test.

I am using JMP version 16.1 and working on comparing a nonlinear standard curve (ID- STD) against 3 other nonlinear curves (ID- Set A, B, C) to see if they are similar. What I did was plotting the 4 curves using analyze>specialized model>nonlinear set up as attached. After that I select logistic 4P and perform Parallelism test and Equivalence test. The p-value obtained is 0.0056 which is below 0.0...

I have several predictors going into a model, but few data points to fit. So, in order to generate simulated ("synthetic") data, I use the Prediction Profiler platform along with the multivariate correlation structure of the data to generate thousands ...

  • M1 Macbook Pro JMP Capabilities

    Hi all,
I'm thinking about upgrading from my windows set-up and running a M1 Macbook Pro as my primary set up. I wanted to open up the discussion and see if any other JMP users were using the newest Macbook Pro and if they have run into any hurdles yet? I do a lot of R/Python integration. I do have a decent set up right now, but want to know if anyone else has tested out this connection and knows ...
