  • How do you script optimization of JMP formulas and save the results?

    I have a detailed formula in my JMP table I need to optimize.  I'll need to incrementally vary 3 inputs and let the rest be optimized. Is there a way to lock and change the three variables, optimize the others, and save the results for hundreds or thousands of options? I can do this manually in the prediction profiler, but it becomes unmanageable for the number of cases I'll need.Thanks!

  • Can I use Local Data Filter on a Fit Group containing Graph Builder windows (w/o the Graph Builder getting obliterated)?

  • Cumulative sum by grouping and rolling values formula??

    I have a data set with groups, days and visits on those days.  I would like to get a rolling sum of every 3 days, so at day 3 the value would be sum of day 1, 2, 3, but on day 4 the value is the sum of days 2, 3,4.   And do this by group.  I know I can use the cumulative sum by group, but that returns the sum each day, so day 4, would be the sum of all 4 days, but I would like the first day to dro...

    I use JMP Pro 16. I am doing MCA on 90 columns that have supercategories.  I want to do the analysis and viz on the supercategory classification.     I have access to both JMP12 and JMP14, so a solution for either would work.
