Hello,I want to use JMP to create a trend line for stability parameters of drugs measured over time. For each batch produced, several formulations are taken and tested every three months. I want to check the trend of one of the parameters over time. For each time point, I have 6 measurements taken from different batches.I want JMP to calculate the average of the measurements for each time point an...

  • How to Automate Analysis for Cyclic Data

Dear JMP Community, I have an oven that cycle the temperature continuously (from Hot to Cold, then from Cold to Hot and repeat.....).The oven provide recording of the temperature vs time. If we plot Temperature @ Yaxis , Time @Xaxis, we get the attached graph. We need compute what is the rate of temperature change within specific range of temperature (in this case between 0dgC and 130dgC). For exa...

  • Forest plot add in bug?

Hi everyone, I'm attempting to create a forest plot figure based on multiple logistic regression models. I have 9 independent variables and four IQ outcomes, VCI, POI, PSI and Full IQ. Each outcome has three thresholds <70 vs >=90, 70-79 vs >=90 and 80-89 vs >=90.All was fine but I detected some bugs when drawing the lines in the plot. For example, in females for Perceptual organization index (POI...

  • How to compensate for hospital volume of cholecystectomies?

I very much appreciate working with JMP and am presently using JMP Pro version 16.0.0 for my research. I know that there now are more recent versions available, but I have not presently dared to upgrade in case something happens. I am using it on a Mac Book Pro (Apple M1 Max with 64 GB memory) and JMP works perfectly with this laptop. I have a statistical question for the community. I presently do...

  • Confidence interval for parameters and inverse predictions

Dear JMP community, I am fitting a probit regression between proportion of success and a continuous variable X. The screenshots below are the fit model outputs. I also got inverse predictions when the success are 0.05 ~ 0.95. I am wondering: 1) what are the confidence intervals for the parameter estimates, are they the Wald confidence interval? 2) what are the confidence intervals for the inverse ...

  • Two-way Shapley Decomposition

    Dear community,

I am aiming to compute a Two way Shapley decomposition for this mockedup data table. Herefore I first have to identify the growth and distribution components and to which percentage they account for the change in the EQ-5D-5L score. Further I aim to investigate the contribution of each individual predictor to the final EQ-5D-5L score.

Would really appreciate if someone could guide me...
