  • PCA - how to find component scores (X,Y coordinates) for each point on plot?

    I'm using JMP 13.0, on a Mac to run Princple Component Analysis (PCA) on environmental data.   It's working fine, however I can't seem to find any option to display the X,Y coordinates (PCA scores) for each point on the plot.   • Refresh axis for Graph Builder

    Hi, Is there a way to refresh a graph builder axis using jsl?  The last line in my code (...<max()<<min();// ) is resulting in multiple values on an axis, see vertical axis in attached picture.   I use the setwidth(0) on distribution for cases where I end up needing to reset the axis width based on number of digits. setwidth(0) sets it automatically. i'm not sure how much it helps on graph builder...

    Hi,I have 2 clustering chooses as mentionned below,- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = 69.99 (OPTIMAL)- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = -92.87- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = -112.8 The first one with CCC = 69.99 is mentionned as the best optimal.
