  • Graph Builder bug? multiple response and boxplots

    I just noticed that Graph Builder/BoxPlot has some problems with columns of modeling type Multiple Response.this gets apparent if non-multiple-response entries are used.
    In  plot 1, a male subset is showing up in the female group on the left.

  • How to import 30 Excel files without opening the data tables?

    Hi folks,   I am using JMP scripts to import the data of 30 Excel files. When I run it, there will be 30 data tables opened during the "Open" action. So I have to manually close each of these 30 data tables, which is very tedious.   • Life distribution - reliability projection

    Hello,I have a set of time to even data and when I fit the life distribution, JMP provides the best distribution as Frechet with the following plot. The points seem to trend up and not nicely scattered around the line. How do I interpret this? This is supposed to be the best fit per JMP's choice.

  • Ordinal Logistic Fit/Marginal Prediction/CI

    I performed an ordinal logistical fit of my data then selected “Save > Save Expected Value” option from the red triangle menu, which adds a column of values in my data table labeled “Ord Expected”.  I believe the added values are marginal predictions, that is estimated Ys given my Xs.
