Basic JMP vs SAS overview?

Hi,I was wondering if there are folks who use (or have used) both JMP and SAS, and could give some sort of overview of the difference, and why someone might choose one over the other? Maybe to keep it simpler, JMP vs PC SAS.I've been programming in SAS for years, never took a look at JMP.Recently, I've been working on statistical process control stuff in SAS. add rows after selected rows

Hello community,I am new to jmp and have troubles with creating a script that would add 1 row after each selected row within my dataset. Any ideas? My code looks like this so far: dt=Current data Table ();

Does JSL provide a "busy" indicator similar to a spinning wheel or bar?

I am processing hundreds of thousands of rows and I wanted something "visual" to tell the user that the script is doing something. I appreciate any hints or tricks to achieve this.

Hi,I have made a UI and like to make some changes to it. This is shown below:I like to move "OK" and "Cancel" to bottom of the window and in "Select Product Name" only choose on product (combine the right and left). Also like to know how to choose these options and put them in a varaible to be used for further scripting. I have attached the actual script.Thanks so much for your help.

summarize mean data by group and only last number of data point

hi,I want to get the mean value of my "raw data" by a group of 3 different columns ("test name", "measurement name" and "entity") - this i can do by the summary option.my problem is that I want only the last 13 points minimum (or last than 13 :) ) by date. those are my columns thanks for any help
