• Saving polynomial fit coefficients to data table

  Friends, I have created a simple X-Y data table.  It includes 2 cases each with its own X-Y series.  I have used the Fit Y by X option in jmp to create polynomial best fit equations that are reported in a GUI.   What I need to do is output the fit parameters by case to a data table that I can them merge with the original data table.  Hard to do?  How might I go about this.  Thanks. • JMP date convert not working?

  I hope someone can help with this.  I imported an excel file with a column of dates in the format yyyymmdd.  It didn't recognize this data as time, so I tried to change it by selecting column info > Format > Date>yyyymmdd.   it then converts all of my dates to some other number  but it seems that the number is the same for all my dates. Obv. this is a pretty standard task so I guess I am doing som...

• Wrong rounding when transferring from crosstab table to new table

• Centering IVs in regression only in interaction

  I have read in several places that with regression, JMP will mean center IVs that are involved in interactions but it will NOT center the simple effect versions of those IVs? First, is this true? Second, if true, how does this not violate the linear independence requirement of regression?

  I'm trying to build multiple graph boxes, each one plots a Y Function that takes values from a data table. This should be an easy task however I'm not able to get the plots to show in the graph boxes. It works with hard coded numbers, but not with values from a Data Table
