  • How do I Transpose data from Long to Wide format?

I'm a new JMP user.My data is currently in long format. In other words, subjects have multiple lines of data each. However, I need the data to be in wide format for survival analysis - 1 line of data per subject. When I try to use Transpose, JMP tells me "Cannot transpose. Data columns have different data types". The variables are a mix of continiuous and nominal. So, how am I supposed to do this?...

  • How should the formula for this regression look?

I am currently writing my bachelor thesis and am not that experienced in JMP or regression in general. I was wondering how the formula for the attached regression would look? I know you can make a predection expression but I need to set it up in more general terms.

Like: beta0+beta1*X1+beta2*X2 I hope it makes sense and that someone can help.

Hi everyone, I'm currently engaged in a process development project with the goal of 1) minimizing the total process time while 2) maintaining or enhancing the yield. This objective is similar to viral vector production case, where maximizing virus yield in the shortest production time is crucial. After consulting with subject matter experts, we've pinpointed 10 factors for potential modification....
