Feb 18, 2025 08:58 AMLast Modified: Feb 18, 2025 8:58 AM
In today’s business environment, data efficiency is crucial to making informed decisions and fostering innovation. Using advanced tools such as JMP and JMP Live enables companies to effectively monitor process control and capacity, solving common data management issues and improving the accessibility and up-to-dateness of information.
In this demo, we use production data from a cement company as an example, but this methodology can be applied to any type of data. In the end, you'll see how JMP and JMP Live make it easy to efficiently use data to drive decision making and innovation.
The follow-up videos show how to automate the process in four easy steps.
Data Import : We will import data from a database and select only the last 60 days of production data for analysis.

Saving and Publishing : We will save our work and publish the interactive reports to JMP Live. In JMP Live, anyone in the company who needs access to the reports or data will be able to view the information without needing to have JMP, and they can also receive automatic notifications for control alarms. In addition, we will set up an automatic refresh schedule for the reports without needing to write code, ensuring that everyone can access the latest reports and data in one central location.

There is also a version of JMP Live for public access, but the public site does not allow automatic data refreshes, and does not have the access control options that JMP Live does. However, the public site, JMP Public, allows anyone who logs in to view results posted by others, or you can publish reports from JMP to share them. We invite you to check out JMP Public here: Home | JMP Public
