Mentioning @Mandy_Chambers, as she mentioned in Discovery last year that she wanted to be in the loop from anything not being recorded.

thanks @Jed_Campbell I think as i read through this, Julian had answered most everything.  Mostly that you can't record the add-ins with workflows -- and that some actions could not be scripted to the workflow either.  If there is something else here specifically that needs a note, let me know  I'd be happy to add another ticket.  it seems we have tickets for what I was seeing here as issues.  Thanks!
