There are some actions (changes to Reports) which are not recorded directly, but indirectly because the full code of the Report will be saved once the report is closed.

That's fine :)

1)  select and delete entries from a table
(deleting a full row is captured, deleting some entries: not)

sure, in some cases, the result of a table script is a report.
And after closing the report, it will be recorded by Workflow Builder.

IN SOME CASES
- in many other cases, a table script does much (!) more ... and will be missing in the Workflow.

It's much easier to remove a redundant step than to manually add a missing step.
