calculate odds ratios for several predictors

My data consists of two predictors, one with 3 responses (time at exposure) and 1 with two responses(gender.I can do a log reg just fine and I cross my two variables, but I'm not sure how to interpret my OR's, .I want to know: OR for early exposed females. How do I get that? Is that already in the table, or do I need multiply the OR for females with the OR for early exposed?And if it's already in ...

Calculating Concordance (C-index) for cox models

I'm trying to calculate concordance index in JMP 10 of a cox model. JMP can not be closed properly after running SQL and doing analysis

after running SQL and doing analysis, JMP can not be closed properly and data tables could not be closed without saving it. I am using JMP 12.2.0.I could not share the script as it is connecting to the SQL server where I work. Any hints and helps will be appreciated!

Errors Using the Close Function

I get this error in the log when I try to close and save the data table: invalid argument in access or evaluation of 'Close' , Close/*###*/(dt, filePath || waferId || " Multivariate Correlations.txt") My code works fine up until the last line (close function).
