How to use JMP in MATAB (not MATLAB in JMP)

Is it possible to use JMP functions in MATLAB (not MATLAB in JMP)? Would like to use MATLAB to create a forloop to analyze different types of files/data using the same JMP "fit competing mixture" function in the Life Distribution platform, and have the parameters from the different types of files/data saved in the same file (not sure if there is a better way to do this?) Thank you!

A large data set of >200,000 patients is from 125 hospitals. I am analyzing difference in outcomes ( mortality ( nominal) and Length of stay ( continuous) based on admission source. The other predictor variables include age, diagnostic categories, severity of illness score etc. I need to account or site clustering. I can do this by adding site ID in the Fit model...I can make it into random effect...
