get values from select where

I am trying to get values from "name" column with select where condition. Subsequently i need make use the new list to do plotting on another table. If the list not working, i can't proceed to next. Getting an average of a subset of data

Hi, I have intensities of 4 treated and 5 untreated samples taken between at a range of wavelengths (400 - 600 nm) at three different time points (0, 1 , 3 hours). In the long run, I'm trying to normalize my data so the average intestity at 400nm of the untreated samples is 1 at each time point. In order to do that, I need to figure out how to get the average untreated, 400nm intensity at 0, 1, ...

I am considering changes to how we move from JMP to an 'online' model. I know many ways are possible, what are you doing?
 
Some possibilities:

Deploy with JMP - run a script on some frequency
Run exported model within BI software
Run exported model with custom code - Python, R, C
SAS
SQL
Use JMP to explore data and choose features, then rebuild and deploy model in other software

Local data filter and Custom Graph Script

I am using the approach suggested by @XanGregg in this post to make vector plots in Graph Builder. However, it seems the local data filter does not work on the arrows. It only filters the points but not the arrows. Do you have any suggestion on how to fix it?
