How do I make start/stop bar charts?
Suppose I have this data: StepStartStopmixer02heater1112.3injector144.5mixer68heater210.313injector11212.5heater11625.4mixer1820heater223.430mixer2426fan2445mixer3040 ... and I want to make this plot (just the bars): Is that possible with GraphBuilder? (note this image is a mockup with PowerPoint)

How to center multiple histograms in Graph Builder?
Hi, I have a plotting question here:How to align multiple histograms in Graph Builder? I mean the medians (or Averages) of multiple histograms are superimposed?Or, should this be done in the source data table? Thank you! The example of 5 histograms is shown below:(JMP 18.1.0)

Rename File() and Copy File() both return 0
Hi, I have a need to save a small data table as a csv but with an alternate file extension (*.blkl rather than *.csv). The Save As() function doesn't seem to allow for such a provision as near as I can tell so instead of saving the file with my desired filename I save it as *.blkl.csv and then attempt to either directly rename that file to the desired name or perform a copy+delete sequence to get ...

Dears,a "conceptual" question...If I have a characteristic identified by two factors and the specification limits are defined by an area rather than an interval... is it possible to calculate the CPK?See the diagram below (invented): blue dots = the specification, orange dots = production.

How do i plot error bars on log transformed graph?
The biological data that i have follows a log-normal distribution, so i have transformed the data to be displayed on a logY axis. How do I get Formula of calculate quantile spec limits in process capability
I do distributions analysis in jmp pro.18 with fit smooth curve function, then get USL/LSL value by using 6-sigma to calculate quantile spec limits under process capability function. I'd like to know what formula is used to calculate USL/LSL. I'm trying to run the same formula in the excel version.

Profiler for a function of a function
