  • Is there a way to capture logs without silencing exceptions?

    In my test framework I would like to cut out the clutter that results from Prints/Writes/handled exceptions from my output file, so I tried executing test code inside of a Log Capture( Eval( testExpression ) ).   • For big ATE test data - How to keep the col properties format to "Engineering SI" instead of default?

    I have 700 test data for 1k units in ATE (Semiconductor). It is not comfortable to use the default col properties as some units might be in nA and some might be in uA. I would like to have "Engineering SI" selected as default for all the 700 tests. Kindly help!
