  • How to open a model without requiring re-fitting? Or minimize the opening time for complex model files?

Hi Folks,  I noticed every time I re-open an existing JMP model file (*.jrp files), it reruns the model fitting. This process can take a long time depending on the amount of data and model complexity (PLS vs. Neural Network). Does anyone have any guidance on if it is possible to save a model in such a way as to eliminate the need for it to refit when opening later? Or is there a more efficient way...

I have no problem identifying the duplicate rows but I am struggling to find a good way ...

  • Using Word() or Words() function to parse string in a column

Hello all, I have a table where one of the columns had data that is in the form of an alphanumeric string (e.g. 1bc5ef-gh7) and I would like to parse the string using the hyphen as the delimiter and they return the first part of the string (1bc5ef) as data in a new column. So far, I have the code below. If I use the Words() function, it only returns the second part of the of the string (e.g. gh7)....

  • JMP Doe with multiple mixtures

Hi,Asking for help with setting up a DOE. Z and X are components of a mixture, each individual factor ranging from 0.2 to 0.8 and together summing to 1. There are three different types of X, X1 X2 and X3. X2 and X3 can be used alone or combined together in a ratio, however, they cannot be combined with X1. • Interpreting Pairwise Tukey HSD t ratio in Zero-Inflated Poisson

I am measuring the number of errors made based on different independent variables: Filtering technique (Alphabetical, Relevance and Search) and Number of Items added (Add one at a time, or add multiple items to cart at once).
