Cpk Analysis for many parameters

I understand we can get single or multiple parameters Cpk analysis by using the Process Capability. But that feature is useful to dive in to few parameters. But i need to run hundreds of parameters for Cpk and sort them ascendingly. Then i only check those parameters with low Cpk and look into more details like process capacility. Any idea how to achieve that?

Summarize response data to multiple response modeling type

I have a table of lots and wafers, which have been assigned a response code based on yield (red, green, blue; not my choice, but it's what I have to work with). There are combinations of lots and wafers that have multiple responses assigned to them. Prediction Interval for Poisson Distribution

Dear JMP Communities, I have data that are count/space. In my case, (number of events occured / time). As such, it is naturally I would fit these data using Discrete Fit > Poisson. how do you get an r2 and AICc value for a custom nonlinear regression model? How do you adjust the curve for built in regression models?
