DoE with Blocking and Constraints

I have to set up a DoE with blocking and Constraints. JMP pops up with "Constraint scripts are not supported for experiments with Blocking or mixture factors". Variability Chart Naming

I have brought in some data from an sql table and made a variability graph which I would like to change the name using a script to change name based on the product name in the column. I have looked through the message boards and have not been able to find one. I will attach a copy of the data and graph. Per the data table I would like to name the chart to "Quarter" from the size column.

Hi,I generate my data using Matlab and end up with several distribution stats: mean, standard deviations, variance ... etc for thousands of points. Hi All, This may be an easy fix but I am trying to wrap my head around how to pursue this. What is the best way to count few data values which are above a certain value? Attached is the figure.
