  • Two parameter estimates and OR

    I am not sure why I have two parameter estimates outputs for the variables after it finish running it once - starts again with a new estimate and gives different estimates.   • Load an OASIS (.oasis) Chip Layout File in JMP?

    I have a .oasis file that contains layout data for a semiconductor die layout. Is it possible to load this file and view the layout in jmp 18? Similar to a Map file? Would then want to overlay defect location data on top of the die layout diagram.
