  • Basic question regarding CUSUM SPC Charts in JMP

@martindemelCUSUM charts in JMP are based on the target and the sigma values, which are being calculated by JMP. In my understanding, the target value is the mean and sigma is the standard deviation of the data set. However, JMP generates values which are different to the mean and the standard deviation.I'm wondering what JMP is exactly calculating. The following JSL shows the differences:Names Def...

  • Split Table Function not working as intended...

I'm trying to split DT-2 (attached) - Split by: Marker, Split Columns: Results. I'm wanting to "keep all" remaining columns. The problem I am running into is that some markers have more rows than others. So when I split, it is combining the next "Lot" to backfill the other markers that have less than the maximum in the table. For example, there should only be 3 values for CD19+ for lot 7587082, bu...

  • How to recall a aggregated value (mean/Max etc) based on a grouped column in Formula or in For-Loop

    Hi All,
I am trying to find out number of times alarm trigged. I have created a column "Number of Occurrence" based on simple logic --  If Data in Row () > Row()+1, trigger re-seted. But I am getting lot of false alarm, as seen in the image. The new login I want to implement -

    If (
(Row() - Row()+1) >= Abs(Max(Data))/10, Reset the trigger, otherwise live it as it is
    )

    Something like that.

    I am able to...

  • Capability Indices calculation for Nonnormal Distributions in Percentile Methods

Hi, I would like to figure out how JMP 16 Calculate Ppk in non-parametric method. So I calculate Ppk in R code with the formula in online documentations, but the results are very different. Could anyone help me to understand if it is my calculation error or the documentation?

  • Expand Contours

    Hi,

I understand that the contouring is done based on triangulation to data points, but is there a method for expanding them further to fit a custom SHP file I've imported into JMP? I've already set the alpha and the lowest value so the contour should cover the, 'most', area. Any other methods? Thanks!

  • Ordinal Mixed Effects Model still not available?

Hi All, I'm trying to perform analysis on survey responses with a Likert score (ordinal) as an outcome variable.  Each participant answered multiple surveys so I need to control for random effects at the participant level.  My understanding is that older versions of Jmp could not handle ordinal mixed effects models.  Thread here to that effect.  Are these models still not supported?  Alternatively...

  • Getting all Zeros for the AR(1) estimate/std error in a Repeated Measures Mixed Model Using JMP Pro

I am fitting a model of a continuous response against 7 fixed effects. When running the Standard Least Squares; my residuals plots/assumptions checks don't look too bad but the Durbin Watson test is suggesting an AR(1) structure in the residuals. This is expected for this particular analysis and is consistent with other data sets looking at the same response/factors. The Time Series platform also ...

Hi,I want to export the prediction formula generated by Functional Data Explorer either to Excel or Python (via Formula Depot), but there is a problem because the formula contains P Spline Coef() interpolation, which I think is not available in Excel or in Python libraries. Do you have any suggestions how to solve this?Best regards
