Hi All, l have a mixed model script with a fixed effect of fold dilution, at the moment in the output for Indicator Function Parameterization the baseline comparison is fold dilution 1, l would like this changed to fold dilution 256, does anyone have a snip-it code code so l can achieve this?? Thanks and Merry Christmas

  • L3P model added growth rate but I don't remember how it got there.

Above is the model output. I'm not sure how I got the germination rate information to add to the regression plot.

I want to save selected rows from a table in a jmp file and also the inversion of the selected rows in another jmp file after using the partition function. I went through some examples and other threads but I am not able to save the selected rows and the inverted rows. I must be doing something wrong. Does anyone have any idea how it can be done in JSL? Names Default To Here( 1 ); dt = Open( "C:/U...

  • JSL Partition get selected rows

I am using the JMP Partition() function in my JSL script for the decision tree, I wanted to know how to get the selected rows once the user selects the segment for which rows are selected. I tried using the Get Selected Row but it's not able to understand the table. Does anyone has any idea how to code it?

  • AUC Comparison Method

Hello, I am comparing two averaged models in the Model Comparison function in JMP Pro. When running the AUC Comparison function in JMP Pro found by clicking the red triangle in the Model Comparison output, what are the statistics used to generate the confidence intervals of the AUCs and the stats used to compare the two curves to generate a p value?

  • What does it mean when the solution path for Elastic Net is not single-valued?

Dear JMP Community,   (W10, 64-bit, JMP Pro 15.2.1)   I am running a model to assess the active predictors. I am doing this by using the Autovalidation add-in to generate a Null Factor for my data. I then use the GenReg platform to find estimates for each possible X-factor and then Bootstrap those estimates to get a better assessment of the contributions to the response. I came across a very stran...
