L3P model added growth rate but I don't remember how it got there.

Above is the model output. I'm not sure how I got the germination rate information to add to the regression plot.

Rather than delete the thread...maybe add a post on your solution, then mark it as a solution? One major reason for this Community and the Discussion Forum is for questions and answers related to 'how to in JMP'? And just maybe someone else will have the same issue in the future, see this thread and have an 'ah hah' moment. Just a thought.
