Linear mixed model - changing the baseline comparison in the output

Hi All,

l have a mixed model script with a fixed effect of fold dilution, at the moment in the output for Indicator Function Parameterization the baseline comparison is fold dilution 1, l would like this changed to fold dilution 256, does anyone have a snip-it code code so l can achieve this??

Thanks and Merry Christmas

Re: Linear mixed model - changing the baseline comparison in the output

Hi All,

l thought I should expand on my initial query, l have attached an example of the script l am using, l get the following output using this script:

the baseline for the Indicator Function Parameterization is fold dilution 1, however, l would like all the parameters for the fold dilution variable to be positive so would like the baseline to be fold dilution 256, can anyone recommend changes to the attached script so this can be performed?

Thanks, and Happy New Year.
