  • How to plot distributions at Graph Builder (instead of box plots)

Hello,I'm looking for a way to present the data from Graph Builder in a way of distributions instead of the box plots (as in the JRP attachment). Basically I want each graph builder square to look like JPG attachment. Is it possible? Can anyone help me out?

  • Fewer boostrap samples than requested

Hello. I am trying to use the bootstrap function on a parameter table. I asked for 1,000 samples but the results are fewer than 1,000. After manually checking the data table, I noticed some BootIDs were skipped. Is it supposed to happen? I appreciate any help you can provide.

  • Sphericity test for RM-ANOVA in Univariate approach

    Hi

As I know it, there is no test to get the Mauchly sphericity test when doing RM-ANOVA in the Univariate approach.  Is there any way to get this, instead of doing the analysis in the MANOVA approach? Since I want to do post-hoc tests in the univariate format directly in the same output. Any add-in or any other approach I easily can investigate sphericity (and, if needed, get the adjusted F-values...

  • How to automatically recognize the curvature difference?

I have the datalogs where tempeature readings are collected continuously as time goes by for each wafer. Temperature profile looks like a mountain. I collected the temperature readings from 10 wafers and I want to compare the temperatura profiles together by illustrating the temperature readings along the same (relative) time axis. I want to check if some of them are normal or not. Some of the mou...

  • effect of parameter not being part of design, how to evaluate, treat it as covariate or something else

We would like to do response surface design for optimization of two formulation factors… we would like to consider compression force as well as it might have an effect, but could we not have it to be part of the design because it may be adjusted differently for different formulations… in that case could we treat compression force as covariate then, and how?Compression force would be adjusted to ge...

  • Repeated measures ANOVA - Within group

I want to do simple 1-Way RM-ANOVA. One group, three timepoints. Is there a difference between the timepoints. Only interested in effect of Time and then pairwise comparisons (Tukey). It's a cross-over design with three different exposures.

Is it adequate to do this in the Fit Y by X platform? The response variable of interest on Y, and "Time" (session in my case)) on X? I prefer this way making i...
