Hi, I have script to generate GRR plot and then make a summary table. The problem is when I have a mix of one side and two side spec and use command "make combined data table", it will show only either one side spec or two side spec based on the first parameter. set variable to random number.

I want to set variables to random numbers. I tried this. but it is not working MEnum = 5; For( i = 1, i = MEnum, i++, betai = Random uniform.( 30, 50 ) ); When I print this to the log it just keeps giving me random numbers, how do I get 5 different random numbers for beta1 to beta5?

Mantel test to compare the similarity of two matrices

How do I perform the non-parametric Mantel tests in JMP or JMP pro 14 in order to compare two structurally similar matrices. Typically this test evaluates the correlation between two matrices using permutation methods. An interactive explanation seems like a good way to start.

PCA analysis of time-course data to yield a PCA by Batch ID

Hello, I have several bioreactor data. Each bioreactor has an ID (1 to 5) and several time-course profile variables (Dissolved oxygen, pH...).
