    Quick question. I am using a Cox regression model and was wondering if I could include variables that are dependent upon each other in the same model. For example, would adding height, weight, and BMI as covariables affect the model, given that BMI is directly dependent upon height and weight?   • Calculation of FPCA scores FDE

    How do I get in the FDE the formula columns for calculating FPCA scores? I have a NIR spectra training set with scores on 4 FPCA eigenfuctions and a GLS model predicting very well a quality parameter. How do I compute the scores from new spectra projected in the eigenfuction space of the training set? I would like to construct multivariate control charts with new scores?

  • Choice analysis output

    Hello,

    I am using jmp for discrete choice analysis and am confused about the output. For the parameter estimates, they appear to be comparing different attribute levels within the parameter; what is jmp doing here?

    As well, when I incorporate subject factors, only 2 of the 3 subject factors are presented on the output, why is one of them being ommitted?

    Lastly, what does the logworth values represent...
