  • how to obtain scatter plot of age- and gender-adjusted biomarker X vs motor severity score Y using JMP

We would like to clarify whether there is a linear relationship between biomarker X and motor severity score Y in patients with a neurological disorder. Since age and biological sex influence the biomarker X, we considered them as covariates. We estimated the association between variables using partial Pearson correlations, and linearly adjusted for the effects of age and gender. We would apprecia...

  • How to do DOE with dependent variables

Hello, I am not sure my DOE is good. I want to compare two different cell culture platforms.I have two different culture platforms and each plat form has different ranges of rpm and working volume. For examples, platforms A & B (categorical)For A, 100 rpm - 200 rpm / 100mLFor B, 300 rpm - 400 rpm / 25mLInitially, I had two factors like rpm1 (100 - 200 rpm) and rpm2 (300 - 400 rpm). Then, in 'model'...

  • One way ANOVA comparing means.

I've had a look through the forums and can't find an answer to this, what I assume is a fairly easy question ( if someone has already answered it please just point me in the right direction..)

Is there a way to get JMP to give a t value for each level in a student t test and also q value in a comparison of all pairs using Tukey-Kramer HSD?.

hopefully that isn't to silly of a question.

    thanks!

  • How to use JSL to make TXT files of decimal data into binary format files?

Decimal files use recent tabs to divide data into three columns.
    They are all integers:
The data in the first column ranges from 90,000 to 199,999
Column 2: positive integers from 100 to 900,000
Third column: positive and negative integers or 0They have a lot of rows.
There is no limit to how to save them as binary files or file suffixes using JSL.
And   need to figure out how to re-read restored decima...

  • Dunnett's for Multiple Ys

I am trying to get a script that will run Dunnett's on multiple Ys automatically in fit model, my issues:   If I change the multiple comparisons part where the factor and level is not a variable it works but only for the first Y, it will not repeat the Dunnett's part for the remaining Ys.   So my questions:   1.  Why doesn't this work like the fit model with a variable being used for the factor an...
