How should I set DoE design when there are some operationally dependent parameters ?

For my experiment, I have two variables: (1) additive concentration (0, 1, 5 mg/L) and (2) timing for additive supplementation (during cell seeding, during plasmid transfection). Since the timing becomes irrelevant when the additive concentration is 0 mg/L, how could I assign the factors / their levels that account for this operational dependency during designing DoE using JMP ?

File Import: specify NAN?

When importing a csv file via Open or MFI, is there an option to specify the String for missing values, e.g. NAN, NV, *
such that numeric columns can be directly identified as such.

How to combine two columns info and remove redundant info?

Hi I want to get some advice of combining columns. Here I have column 1 and 2 and these two columns are actually containing the same info of interest. I want to combine them together and remove repeat info. Original table: Column1 Column2 1 1 2 3 3 Final table: Column1 2 3 Thank you!

For large amounts of data, is it faster to use python to process JSON asynchronously into structured data?

How to merge more than 2 tables?

I simply want to put the columns from each table in one table. I am able to do this by using join tables with just 2 tables but I want to join 4 tables at once. I have tried to use JMP query builder, but I cannot get it to join them.

Lock the formula in a column

I am working on a standard data table with saved formulas in some columns. I know when you have a formula in a column, the data entry would be locked but is there any option to also lock the formula so the users cannot change the formula without for example having a password? Thanks for your answers in advance

how I can add standard deviation of two repeats in the fitted curve
