Hi All, I have a set of 49 data points that have repeatable x,y coordinates. I would like to know which subset of 9 sites best represent the 49 sites. I tried hierarchical clustering, but that didn't seem to work or I am not using it correctly. Thanks!
hi jmp scripting experts, I'd like to construct a graph using graph builder histogram plot and add a table underneath the graph. The table shall show some values like in the picture. Is it possible? Do you have any suggestions how to start?
Hi!
Within the column "Subtype", I need to count the number of times "Stadium N2" appears between 2 occurences of the word "REM", only when the time in column "Start" of the second REM occurence is within 15 minutes of the time in column "End" of the first REM occurence.See stars in screenshot: in this case, the count would be 3
What is the formula to do so? Thx
I'm trying to import multiple CSV files, the "import multiple files" function doesn't work well because original data column name format has two problems that will cause title and data don't match 1. The data column name looks like this: Date time name ( A B C ) (D E F ) height weight ......etc 2. The dilim I need are space and ( and )3. However, there is additional space or tab before "Date...

GreetingsI teach a class and wish to show evidence that the overall student’s performance on the first two exams predicted performance on the third exam. The exam grade scale is discrete numbers 1 through 5A telephone call is welcomedThank you!Chuck_StatsOffice 804-628-2243JMP Pro 16
Quick question for those of you who may know -- if you have an <<On Close() method for a window (say for file-cleanup or some such thing), and a user has multiple edited files open -- if they CTRL-Q and get the popup about unsaved work -- if they then click "Save None", then all windows are immediately killed and the <<On Close() script is _NOT_ called for any of the windows. It is extremely comm...
I want to take a list of dates from one table and use them as reference lines in an X by Y with Date as the X axis. The date formats are in this format from a table: 12/18/2023 14:14. I would also like to add the label to each line from the same table. In this case it is EPOXI MT25700-02 The script for the chart shows what I would like be able to add from a table to the chart as reference...
Hello - I have a moderately complex model for a physical process (ion adsorption for anyone who knows what that means). I have two starting variables, x1 and x2, and two measured outcomes, y1 and y2 that change with x1 and x2, and unmeasurable, or hard to measure, variables, g1,...,gn that don't change. One or both of x1 and x2 can also change for each row in a series. I have a set of nonlinear eq...
Hello - I have a large number of categories for each parameter when using the nonlinear platform. Basically, one category per row. Is there a way to have a table of values to load into the parameters? Because with the time its taking to one by one type and click, type and click the values in with the control panel, it might be faster to go back to Matlab at this point, which I very much don't want...
Hi,I have Heart rates from 3 different groups collected at 7 times differents points. I would like to perform a repeated measures ANOVA. To do so, I would like to check sphericity assumption. I found online that you have to split your data and then Analyze > fit model, I add my 7 times in "Y" then Group in "Construct model effects", then Personality "Manova", Run. I checked “Univariate Tests Also”...
What is the rationale of using three different types of log-rank equivalent tests (Mantel-Cox, Breslow, and Tarone-Ware). How can I examine the confounding effects of other factors when running the survival analysis?
very useful!
it selects the matching cells in all open datasets (e.g. select a specific wafer and get it highlighted in the other datasets)

hello JMP team , I am curious to learn more on the vector data type modeling and any associated analysis on that . Are there examples of sample vector datasets ? Once such dataset exists, could clustering techniques work on them and how would they work specifically ?I assume they would at the very least extract statistical aggregation from each vector and use these for clustering. Is there any mo...
