How do I model defect rates from a doe

Hi, I have results from a DOE that was run to see the effect of some factor on a defect rates. Samples were analysed (500 parts) and different defects were counted. So for example defect #1 = 40/500=0.08I would like to model the data but from the research I did I think rates (between 0 and 1 ) should be modelled using a logistic regression. Which design is most appropriate

Dear all,
I want to perform a DoE in order to optimize the yield of my extraction. I have 7 continuous factors and 1 discrete factor. My idea is to start with a screening design, choose the most important factors, and then continue with the response surface.

Agreement statistics with continuous variable

Hello, I have a observation scale that calculate amount of times a behavior occurs which could be any where from 0 to 40+ so I assume it could only be a continuous variable. I am wanting to run agreement statistic but because both are continuous it won't let me do that in JMP. Any tips or tricks on how to get an agreement stats with continuous variables?

I have a jsl application to make a plot with a formula column in group by. The formula column has been created based on concatenating values from other columns based on filtered data. Validate column values (make sure all values in column follow a specific pattern)

Is there a better way rather than iteration of all the rows to validate values in column? Let's say before making something with the column I want to make sure that all values in column match specific Regex. Like so:!IsMissing(Regex(Column(myColumn)[1], "^\w+(\d{3})\w+$", "\1"))I can iterate through each row to make sure that all of them match, but maybe there is a better way?
