Correlate Y by X with Multiple Items

Hi, I have a table which consist of few parametrics item that I want to check for correlation with respect to few X items at one time. Can I know what is the best way to do it as per attached file. I would like to have param1 vs param2 and param3 at the same time for correlation check and compare against 2 different Eval, T_Type and No_ID. I think in Graph Builder, I can do that but how about in A...

Order of input columns affects results in Neural platform

I am working on a group project for class and once one member put the columns in our file in a different order, their Neural Net model is giving much worse test misclassification results from 16% to 18%. Why would this be happening?

Using Graph or GraphBox - How to change X,Y axis increment & Reverse axis

Hello,I am trying to use the Graph function but am unsuccessful in making X-axis incremements of 1 and Reversing Y-axis order. I tried swapping the numbers in the Y Scale properties but no luck. Only way to change is to physically change graph manually. Still unable to figure this out using JSL. Any help is appreciated! Here is a snippet of my code New Window( "Map",

How do I auto-calculate precision and F1 score for models on imbalanced data?

I like that JMP's prints a confusion matrix and ROC for the logistic (Generalized) regression, but some important metrics seem to be missing from the results: precision and F1 score. Is there a way to auto-include these in the output? Or, have it be computed as "automatically" as possible when I re-run a new classificaiton model. I am trying to avoid manually recomputing these with each new model....

In Our MSA stsudy we are performing Linearity and Bias measurment. We are currently controlling at Linearity and Bias to be below 5%. We actually generate the following report for Linearity and BIas. CCC Optimal

Hi,I have 2 clustering chooses as mentionned below,- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = 69.99 (OPTIMAL)- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = -92.87- Nr of cluster 15 : CCC = -112.8 The first one with CCC = 69.99 is mentionned as the best optimal.
