Missing values gwas analysis

Hello All, I'm trying to run my GWAS analysis. When obtaining the results in chromosome 7, some missing values appear. I don't understand why it appears this way. Can someone help me?

How to select Rows on a column with a RegEx

Hi, I want to select all the rows that start with the word "Insert" on a column that has a very complicated name: "Aligned_bin_on_ref(ref[+/-]strand:start-end".
