Analyzing Goodness of Fit - Shapiro-Wilk and Anderson-Darling p-Values
Hello,I was curious about something. I was looking at goodness-of-fit under Distributions using Fitted Normal Distribution -> Goodness-of-Fit Test and I know from what I read on interpreting the results that if the p-values are small then you reject the null and can conclude that the data is not normally distributed. So my initial look at the column was obvious that it is not normally distributed ...

DoE when each run is costly and time consuming ( low throughput process optimization in perfusion bioreactors)
Hi, I am looking to perform a DoE to optimized process conditions inside a perfusion bioreactor (with yeast). The throughput on the system I am using is essentially 1 and each run would take 1-2 weeks. Because of these constraints I was thinking about performing one run and varying my factors during the run. I can monitor my responses (product titer and cell specific productivity) by sampling and ...

Sizing graphs in dashboard, PLEASE HELP!
Greetings, Hoping someone can help me to get around some issues I'm having. When I build a dashboard of three figures and then try and export it to a pdf there seems to be no logical manner in which the graphs are sized on the export pdf. I'm writing for academic journals and am growing increasingly frustrated with the inability to seemingly manipulate the size of a histogram, bar chart, and pie ...

Risk Table of KM plot on JMP?
According to https://community.jmp.com/t5/Discussions/Displaying-at-risk-tables-under-kaplan-meier/m-p/55338/highlight/true#M31302 , Could you please provide the method for generating a risk table underneath the KM plot? I tried to follow the script from the comment but it was closed to be solved.

Files In Directory
I got some great advice here. Solved: Get and Filter Files in Directory - JMP User Community Wondering if there's a way to speed this up. I pull data from a series of testers with unique paths. I could limit the time searching if I were to be more surgical about where to look. Is there a ready way to search more than one specific directories instead of the root directory recursively? Also, is ...

Help to design a complex DoE on Formulation Buffer Screening
I'm planning to optimise a formulation for a liquid drug product. We have a starting material that is in a certain buffer with some excipients and would like to find out, if there is even a better formulation buffer for this drug product regarding stability.
I want to test:
- Different pH ranges (pH 5, 6, 7, but the pH levels are set by different buffer systems (pH 5 = acetate buffer, pH 6 = histi...SpendingMonkey1

Cannot open JMP project after moving file in sharepoint
Hi I moved a JMP project to another sharepoint folder (datatables only saved in project) - now it will open, but not load - the "thinking" button just keeps turning. I have tried downloading the project to my PC, but I get a similar result - so does my colleagues. I need to close down JMP via the task-manager. Any tips on how to get the dataset working again? (or should I just bite the lemon and ...

Question About F-Tests in GLMMs with Binomial Errors
Hi,
I have a question regarding Generalized Linear Mixed Models (GLMMs) in JMP pro. Most statisticians consider it inappropriate to use F-tests or t-tests to evaluate predictor contributions in GLMs or GLMMs with binomial errors. This is because F- and t-tests are based on sums of squares, which assume normally distributed residual errors.
While using a logit link function helps linearize the relati...LanaMilana

How to adjust the size of R plot imported with get R graphics(); ?
I'm trying to run R code in JMP to create a plot. I succeeded in importing the plot in png format, but failed to adjust the size of the plot. I can adjust the "plot_from_R" in png format with the set size(); function in jsl, but it is not proportional and distorted. How can I import plot_from_R in the size I want?
