How to best fit data to a plane or line

HelloI was wondering if there is a way in JMP that I could use to take raw data of multiple measurement points (each with an X, Y, Z component) and best fit this data to form a best fit plane. Basically my intent is to take raw metrology data off of OMMs/CMMs and fit them myself without the use of CMM/OMMs measurement software.Thanks for your help!

Referening data file distributed within an add-in

For my jsl to work, I refer to a data table. Now for distributing it, I am building an add-in (lets call it test_addin) for it and adding the data file in it under the "Additional Files" tab in the add-in builder. Graph builder - can a scroll bar be added?

I have a set of vertically stacked graphs created using graph builder and by using a data filter I am able to dynamically change the graphs. What robust methods are common for Process Capability Indices for Non-Nornal distributions?

In Europe, we found it common to use Cpkn as a non-normal Cpk metric, where mean was replaced with median, and stdev was replaced with IQR/1.35.
