Automatic model selection.

Is there a way to automatically select the best model from a subset of predictors, where a number of predictor variables are available for predicting some outcome. I've used Mallows Cp in mini-tab but cannot seem to locate it in the Fit Model Platform in JMP. Show Filter on by default [JMP14.3]

I was hoping that the latest version would allow for Show Filter to be on by default in a column dialog. Is there a flag or option in the preference to make this show always rather than having to click the triangle the multitude of times I use this feature?

Analysis of means (ANOM) decision limits for log transformed data glitch [fit curve]

Hello, I am doing some fit curve work on log transformed mortality data using 2 parameter probit and am super confused as to why the upper and lower limits are the same value for this log transformed dataset when comparing using an ANOM: When I run this on the same data untransformed I get appropriate limits for a comparison. is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong? Random subset selection for a given distribution

Hello ... I am trying to randomly select from a column of data for a given normal distribution . The given distribution is different than that of the data. Running script from command line on MAC

Not a mac person. Does anyone know how to run a jsl script from command line on a mac? I specifically mean WITHOUT "//!" at the top of it. I have this but it only opens the file unless I have the "//!" open -g -W -a /Applications/JMP\ Pro\ 15.app/ $(pwd)/myscript.jsl
