  • Creating Temporary Data Table (?) to Replicate t=0 Data for Graph Builder

I am trying to use Graph Builder to visualize stability data. I have run into two issues with the existing data table and Graph Builder script/report that I would appreciate any suggestions to address! In this first case, I need to create a temporary data table that reassigns the stability condition "Ambient" as "0 month" data at each of the other stability conditions (25/60, 30/65 and 40/75). In ...

  • Copying graphs in JMP w/o gray background

How can I copy a JMP graph without getting the getting the gray background?  I saw in another discussion (see below) that this can be done with add-in file, but how do I add an add-in file?  Where do I double-click the downloaded file? From a prior discussion:  This add-in adds a menu item (under the Add-ins menu) to copy the currently selected item in JMP without the default window background. Th...

I cannot find how to give e.g. a vector of values where I want the tick marks to be.Can anybody point me to a description of how to do that? Or tell me that it cannot be done such that I can give up...

  • You don't need to copy ROC graphs

Several days ago I asked how to copy ROC graphs without getting the shaded background.  I was told how to do this, but there is a much better option than copying the graphs.  Simply click the ROC Table tab below the graph, put the cursor arrow over the column heading Sensitivity, right click and select Copy Column.  Then paste the column into Excel.  Then do the same thing and copy the next column...

  • Analysing 2-factor 2-level design as if it were 4 different treatment design

Hello! Just curious why we see different results in such cases. Here we have a classic 2-factor 2-level factorial design which we can analyze using Nominal regression/logistic regression.  Analysis shows that only interaction is significant :  However, if we transform this data as if there were 4 factors A1, B1, C (A1*B1), D (A0*B0),  then we will see that main effects are significant.
    How can we ...

  • Add In limit?

I use lots of AddIns for my scripts, and I just tried to add another, saved, and it's not showing up in my AddIn list.  When I go to View AddIns, I see that it is Italicized, but I'm wondering if there's a limit to how many AddIns are visible? I have 75 listed, so I'm wondering if that's my limit? Thanks so much!!
