  • How do I get confidence intervals to appear on the Non-parametric>Spearman coefficient table (in multivariate plataform)?

The confidence intervals appear along with coefficients and p-value in the pairwise correlations table (multivariate platform), but not in the Nonparametric-Spearman's table (multivariate platform). How can we get the confidence intervals for Spearman coefficients? Thanks in advance,Helena G.

  • Issues importing Excel sheets in JMP 16; dates and conversion of decimal separators

    Hi all,

I'm having issues importing excel sheets into JMP 16, some of these issues are also present in JMP 14. I have two sheets that I am trying to import and work with in JMP and they present different issues.
Both sheets contain dates written as: dd/mm/yyyy  and values using "," as a decimal separator.
One sheet reads the dates just fine, and they are categorized with the correct format and dat...

  • Publish a column formula in Java

I would like to publish a rotated PCA scores model. PCA platform allows me to save rotated components in a column, but it does not allow (like regression platform) to publish the formula and create a javascript. Is there a fast way to create the script directly from the formula embedded in the column? I am using JMP Pro 16 thanks in adavnce

  • How to run a part of script or include a script based on a condition

    Hi All,

I am trying to run a part of a script based on condition on a column. If that condition is failed, it should run other part of the script or include other script.

It seems very simple but I am not able to do that. I have followed two approaches - using  "include" function to call a script  and "Expr" function to call a part of the code. None is working. Any help here ?
    1st Approach -  dt = D...

  • Gardner-Altman Graph

Dear all,   would anyone of you know how to make the graph as in object?
On the internet I searched and found that it can be done with R (I attach photos), but it is a graph that could be improved, for example by adding a box-plot and a half-violin plot that would give more information in addition to the dot plot. The result is an excellent inferential tool.
    Thanks you very much.   Giuseppe

  • covariate in GLMM

If I want to include a covariate in my model, which I am running using the GLMM add-in because the data are not normally distributed and I want to use a Poisson distribution option - is the covariate included as a fixed or random effect? I know when using the standard "fit model" I do not specify that the covariate has a random attribute, which is why I wasn't sure how to include it in the GLMM mo...

  • Customize box plot color in JMP preferences

Okay - this has been asked before but based on my screening of several discussions, never thoroughly answered. Our company has recently upgraded to JMP 13. I was upgraded from JMP 10. On my computer, boxplots added to a "fit y by x" oneway graph show up red. On a coworker's computer with a fresh install of JMP 13, boxplots added to a "fit y by x" oneway graph show up black.  For me to get black bo...

  • Validate column values (make sure all values in column follow a specific pattern)

Is there a better way rather than iteration of all the rows to validate values in column? Let's say before making something with the column I want to make sure that all values in column match specific Regex. Like so:!IsMissing(Regex(Column(myColumn)[1], "^\w+(\d{3})\w+$", "\1"))I can iterate through each row to make sure that all of them match, but maybe there is a better way?

Hello everyone,I am trying to make a table with the OOT (out of Trend) batches with their respective "atypical" values.I used for that the "script alarm" function as I could found some exemples on the JMP community. Here is my script:  z_KSigmaZ =1.4; // Création de la Carte de controle si N catégories > 5 Names Default To Here( 1 ); If(N Items(Associative Array(:"RNS/NS tordu (srg)")) > 5, Gr...
