How is plot in scaled estimate (DOE analysis) plotted, what type of plot is it?

Hi, I want to understand what type of plot is used in JMP DOE report : Scaled estimate table and sorted estimate table. can someone help me to understand it so I can use it correctly? Thanks

Chart is showing data I've excluded and not using data that should be included.

I've excluded data from my table and when I'm making an xbar control chart, JMP is pulling data that's one or two data points off from what I've hidden and excluded.
