How to have custom X-Y grid spacing in a plot?
In the plot generated by the example script below, how do I have a custom grid say spaced 25 apart on both X & Y axis (and color the grid lines with a chosen color and increase line width of the grid lines)?
Names Default To Here( 1 ); dt = Open( "$SAMPLE_DATA/Little Pond.jmp" ); dt << Contour Plot( X( :X, :Y ), Y( :Z ), Show Data Points( 0 ), Fill Areas( 0 ), Label Contours( 0 ), Transform(

Contour plot, set X and Y ranges in JSL
When creating a contour plot in JSL, is there a way to set fixed (pre-determined) values for the X and Y maximum and minimum? I.e. to define the area the contour plot will cover, as can be done manually in the X / Y Axis Settings dialogue? My datasets cover different ranges in x and y, but I would like all contour plots to have the same x and y extents. Something like:
Contour Plot( X( :X_col, :Y_

How to enable XML_PARSE_HUGE for << XPath()?
I ran into some issues when running one older script using XPath. I got error message "Excessive depth in document: 256 use XML_PARSE_HUGE option". So how can that option be enabled? I found old post where someone has faced the same issue but there is no solution (question wasn't about this issue) Scripting Y Axis to be Log scale .

Add final result column for different test conditions.
I did asked similar question earlier but that, that solution doesn't work when I have different number of test station for a same run. if run 1 has 2 tests and run 2 has 3 tests than this solution doesn't work. <JSL>If( Col Max( Col Sum( :Bin == "Pass", :SN, :Run ), :SN ) == Col Number( 1, :SN, :Run ),
"Pass",
:Bin[Col Min( If( :Bin != "Pass", Row(), . ), :SN )]

Counting how many IDs have a certain variable
I'm fairly new to JMP so apologies if this is a basic question. I am working on a research project where we are trying to determine how exposure to certain metals affects cognition. I am trying to figure out how many people have data for both of our variables of interest, because some participants only have metal exposure data while others only have cognitive data. Is there a way to get a count fo...

Question About F-Tests in GLMMs with Binomial Errors
Hi,
I have a question regarding Generalized Linear Mixed Models (GLMMs) in JMP pro. Most statisticians consider it inappropriate to use F-tests or t-tests to evaluate predictor contributions in GLMs or GLMMs with binomial errors. This is because F- and t-tests are based on sums of squares, which assume normally distributed residual errors.
While using a logit link function helps linearize the relati...LanaMilana

How to adjust the size of R plot imported with get R graphics(); ?
I'm trying to run R code in JMP to create a plot. I succeeded in importing the plot in png format, but failed to adjust the size of the plot. I can adjust the "plot_from_R" in png format with the set size(); function in jsl, but it is not proportional and distorted. How can I import plot_from_R in the size I want?
