  • How to stop "Processing Screening" from shuffling the row from original table

Hi, I have a question about using process screening. I am trying to look for CPK analysis of a data sheet. When I try to use "Process screening" the rows were shuffled.   Shown below is an example:We can see the order of Kelvin followed by Continuity  But once the table is generated the test data sequence were shuffled.    Need the community help to keep the test sequence as is compared to the rod...

  • For big ATE test data - How to keep the col properties format to "Engineering SI" instead of default?

I have 700 test data for 1k units in ATE (Semiconductor). It is not comfortable to use the default col properties as some units might be in nA and some might be in uA. I would like to have "Engineering SI" selected as default for all the 700 tests. Kindly help!

  • Life and Survival dataset

I am looking at a component within our product that is on 10000+ products in the field. Should I only be looking at failures? I have the ability to include all the products that have never had this component fail. Is it best to include those in the dataset, or should I only be looking at failures?

  • Custom path definition in the Destructive Degradation platform

The Destructive Degradation (DD) platform provides a list of built-in path definition models. I'm interested in fitting a first-order nonlinear kinetics model to experimental data collected at various temperatures using an Arrhenius transformation of temperature. All the Arrhenius-based kinetics models that are built-in in JMP 17.0 represent the path definitions having common intercepts and asympt...

  • Why Weibull scale parameter is not used for Reliability Demonstration Test calculation?

Hi, The product's lifetime distribution is modeled by the Weibull distribution with scale = 44, shape = 4 In JMP Demonstration Explorer for Parametric Reliability, I input the following:Alpha: 0.2Distribution: WeibullDemonstration time: 100Demonstration Reliability: 0.98Weibull beta: 4Maximum failures allowed: 0Sample size: 10 Solve for Test time = 168 Why scale parameter is not used? Thanks.

Hello, I am trying to do a matched sample analysis across three different factors. I wanted to:1. Confirm that my sample would be what I pick for 'Block" when I do Fit Y by X when running Friedman's test2. Is there a post hoc analysis in JMP that I can use? I dont see Nemenyi or Conover as an optionThanks for your time.
